Welcome to Plaksha Founders Day, the first in-person celebration at Plaksha University. On this day we gather as a community to celebrate the many milestones towards our mission and the compelling journey that brought us all here. The Plaksha story began in 2015 with the help, guidance, and motivation of our early believers. It was our collective passion and commitment to reimagine the technology landscape in India and the world that Plaksha University was set up. Our goal is to build an institution that reimagines technology education, enables a research- and innovation-led ecosystem and addresses society’s grand challenges in real time. In this journey, as we continue to grow and expand our programs and infrastructure, we remain committed to continued partnerships with and endless support from you. On this occasion, we take the opportunity to host the Investiture Ceremony to commemorate Dr. S Shankar Sastry as our Founding Chancellor. The ceremony will be followed by a few cultural performances by students and other activities.
